These are a potato that is graded to 45mm and smaller. They come in 10kg boxes and a range of white varieties. However these do vary on what is available at the time.

To keep the potatoes at their best for a long period of time store them in a cool, dry dark place.

Not a great deal of cooking required with these potatoes. Simply boil with a little mint and serve with a knob of butter! Perfect for the summer BBQ!

If you have any left the next day, slice the potatoes and fry in some butter until golden brown, goes great with fried eggs!!
