These are a potato that is graded to 45mm and smaller. They come in 750gram punnets and a range of white varieties. However these do vary on what is available at the time.

To keep the potatoes at their best for a long period of time store them in a cool, dry dark place.

Not a great deal of cooking required with these potatoes. Simply boil with a little mint and serve with a knob of butter! Or For the healthy option used then in a salad!
