These are the 'jacket potato'. Washed and sorted each box contains 15kg of potatoes, and the number of potatoes in each box will depend on the size of the potato. For example a 40 count box will have larger potatoes than a 60 count box. The different counts are:

• 40 count
• 50 count
• 60 count
• 80 count

Please store in cool, dry, dark place

Microwave for 5-10 min (until soft). Place in an oven to crisp up the skin. Cut in half and remove the potato from the skin. Mix the potato with grated cheese, and put the mixture back into the skin. Top with cheese and place in the oven for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown!
