These bags are 25kg of washed potatoes. There are many
different options with this product. These are:
Washed whites
Washed reds
Washed and peated
Large
Peeler grade

Cooking ideas! - perfect mash
Peel and boil the potatoes until soft.
Drain and leave for a couple of minutes to steam off
some of the moisture. Mash with a masher and then use an
electric whisk to get a very smooth texture. Finally add
milk, butter and seasoning before beating with a wooden
spoon.
